Our Complete Care Full Groom includes everything in our full groom, with the added benefit of ultrasonic teeth cleaning, offered at a fraction of the usual cost.
By spending around 20 minutes on dental care, we help reduce plaque, freshen breath, support gum health, and lower the risk of tooth loss and expensive vet treatments, all while your dog enjoys their regular groom.
Please Note: Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning is intended as a preventative maintenance treatment and may not be applicable if your dog has heavy plaque build-up. We may advise a visit to your vet for dental cleaning first in this instance.

We recommend introducing your puppy to grooming as early as possible, ideally when they are around 3 to 4 months old. Following this with a few additional sessions before they reach 6 months not only helps them become comfortable with the grooming process but also prepares them for their first full haircut. By this point, they will have become familiar with the sounds of grooming tools and will be able to stand on the table for longer periods. Early exposure sets the foundation for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.

Available for all wire-haired dogs such as border terriers. It involves removing the dead outer coat by hand, rather than using clippers, allowing a new wire coat to grow in.
This process isn’t painful. In fact, many dogs enjoy it.
Hand stripping is typically recommended twice a year. We understand this can mean your dog will look a bit scruffy until their next session, however, it's important to wait until the coat is ready to avoid potential bald patches.
To help maintain your dog's appearance in between hand strips, a wash and tidy on 6 week interval can keep them looking neat and comfortable.
Grooming Add-Ons for Extra Care
-
Brushing your dog's teeth is vital for their overall health - it helps prevent plaque and tartar build up, keeps bad breath at bay, and lowers the risk of gum disease or other serious health issues like like heart and kidney problems.
Regular brushing keeps your pup’s smile bright and their body healthy.
You can add teeth brushing to any grooming service for just £5 per visit. While we recommend daily brushing at home for optimal dental health, we understand it can be a challenge. Adding it to their grooming session is an easy way to keep their smile clean and healthy.

The conditioning formula helps to smooth the hair cuticle, reducing knots and tangles. This makes brushing easier and minimises discomfort for your dog.
3. Enhances Coat Shine and Texture
By restoring moisture and strengthening hair strands, conditioning treatments leave the coat looking shinier, silkier, and healthier.
4. Helps Reduce Shedding
By nourishing the coat and strengthening hair follicles, conditioning treatments can help minimise excessive shedding, making it easier to manage pet hair around the home.

Double-coated dogs naturally shed throughout the year, with heavier seasonal shedding in spring and autumn. While shedding is a normal process, excess loose hair can lead to matting, skin irritation, and endless fur around your home. Our professional de-shedding treatment is specially designed to reduce shedding while keeping your dog’s coat and skin healthy.
How Our De-Shedding Treatment Works:
✔ Deep-Cleansing De-Shedding Shampoo – We start with a specially formulated de-shedding shampoo that loosens dead undercoat, removes excess oils, and nourishes the skin. This helps promote a healthy coat and minimizes future shedding.
✔ Conditioning Treatment (Optional) – For dogs with dry or sensitive skin, we can apply a lightweight conditioner that hydrates and strengthens the coat while making the de-shedding process gentler and more effective.
✔ Thorough Brushing & De-Shedding Tools – After the bath, we use professional de-shedding brushes, rakes, and tools designed for double coats to remove loose hair without damaging the healthy topcoat. This process significantly reduces shedding and helps maintain a sleek, well-groomed appearance.
✔ Blow-Drying & Final Brush-Out – We finish the treatment with a high-velocity blow-dry to remove any remaining loose fur, followed by a final brush-out for a smooth, polished look.
