• Minimum fare: £7.50 (includes up to 1.5 miles)

• Additional distance: £2.50 per mile thereafter

Distance is calculated based on the total journey from collection to drop-off.

All transport prices are confirmed with you prior to booking.

• All WagOn services must be paid in advance

• Once a date and time are agreed, an invoice will be issued

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment

We understand that plans can change; however, routes are carefully scheduled to ensure efficiency and timely service.

With 24 Hours’ Notice

You may choose:

• A full refund, or

• To reschedule to another available date

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice

• Transport fees are non-refundable

If transport is booked alongside a grooming appointment, both services must be cancelled or amended together.

• Pets must be ready at the agreed collection time

• Delays may impact scheduled routes

If we are unable to collect your pet due to:

• no access to the property

• the pet not being ready

• incorrect information provided

the booking may be treated as completed and non-refundable.

Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

For the safety of all pets and staff:

• Pets must be safe, manageable, and suitable for transport

• Owners must ensure pets are exercised and have been given the opportunity to relieve themselves prior to collection

• Owners must inform us in advance of any:

  • medical conditions

  • behavioural concerns

  • anxiety or special handling requirements

WagOn reserves the right to refuse transport where safety may be compromised.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe and secure transport.

However:

• All transport is undertaken at the owner’s risk

• WagOn is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

• Owners remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet during transport

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
