• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment

• The plan includes 9 grooming sessions per year

• Sessions are typically scheduled approximately every 5–6 weeks, depending on coat condition, seasonal needs, and availability

• Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the enrolled dog

To ensure fair availability for all clients:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely may be forfeited from your membership allocation

• Repeated missed appointments may result in suspension or review of membership status.

• Membership covers standard grooming services only

• Additional services (including but not limited to de-matting, flea treatment, or specialist styling) will incur extra charges payable on the day of the appointment

• Membership is paid via monthly direct debit or standing order

• Payments are collected monthly in advance to maintain active membership status

• Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership

• Any outstanding balances remain payable in full

• All 9 grooming sessions must be used within the 12-month membership period

• Unused sessions cannot be rolled over, transferred, or refunded

• Sessions automatically expire at the end of the membership term

• Members may cancel with one month’s written notice via email

• The membership remains active and payable during the notice period

• No refunds are issued for unused sessions or partial months

Sniffles reserves the right to review and amend pricing or terms. Members will be given reasonable notice of any changes.

Sniffles reserves the right to:

• Refuse or discontinue services where necessary for health, safety, or welfare reasons

• Adjust grooming frequency or methods based on coat condition, behaviour, or welfare requirements
