    Transport Services

    • On-foot pick-up/drop-off*: £5 each way

    • WagOn Pet Transport: from £7.50 each way

  • Half-day care is available in the following time slots:

    • Morning: 10:00am – 2:00pm

    • Afternoon: 2:00pm – 6:00pm

    • Full Day: 10:00am – 6:00pm

    Bookings outside of these set times (e.g. 11:00am – 3:00pm) will be charged at the full-day rate.

  • A 1-hour walk on Hampstead Heath is included in:

    • All full-day bookings

    • Morning half-day bookings (10:00am – 2:00pm)

    For afternoon half-day bookings (2:00pm – 6:00pm), dogs are taken out multiple times throughout the session for short walks around the block to allow for toilet breaks and fresh air. A full Heath walk is not included in this session.

    Group Walk Schedule (Heath Walks)

    • 10:15am – 11:15am

    • 11:30am – 12:30pm

  • Puppy daycare rates are reviewed as your dog develops. Once fully trained and over 1 year old, standard adult daycare rates will apply.

  • This service is available for clients within a 5-minute walking distance of the salon and is subject to limited availability.

  • To maintain a calm, structured environment and balanced daycare groups, we offer both ad-hoc and regular booking options.

    Ad-Hoc Bookings

    • Payment is required in advance to secure your space

    • Bookings are non-refundable, as spaces are reserved specifically for your dog

    • Availability can be limited, so early booking is recommended

    Regular Bookings (Set Days)

    For clients who prefer consistency, we offer reserved weekly slots.

    • Your dog’s space is held exclusively for you

    • Monthly invoices are issued on the 1st of each month

    • Payment is required in advance for that month

    Consistent attendance allows us to maintain stable, well-balanced groups, which is key to a positive daycare experience.

    If your dog is away (e.g. holidays) and you wish to retain your reserved space, sessions will still be charged. Alternatively, you may switch to ad-hoc bookings during that period.

    Should you wish to cancel regular daycare, we kindly ask for one month’s notice.

  • Any add-on services will be included in your following month’s invoice.

  • Regular Bookings (Set Days)

    Your dog’s space is reserved exclusively for you each week. As we operate with small, carefully managed groups, these spaces cannot be reallocated at short notice.

    • All regular bookings are charged regardless of attendance

    • A minimum of one month’s notice is required to cancel or amend regular days

    We understand that occasional changes are unavoidable. Where possible, we will always try to accommodate alternative days within the same month, subject to availability.

    Ad-Hoc Bookings

    Ad-hoc sessions are secured upon payment and spaces are reserved specifically for your dog.

    • Bookings are non-refundable

    • However, where notice is given, we are happy to offer one alternative date within the same calendar month, subject to availability

    As with all bookings, this flexibility depends on space within our daycare groups and cannot be guaranteed.
