Sniffles Ltd provides professional dog walking services.

Walks take place in public and/or open environments, including parks, streets, and designated walking areas.

While every reasonable care is taken, dogs remain animals with inherently unpredictable behaviour.

• Dog walking is charged at £20 per hour

• Transport to and from walks is included within this rate (within our standard service area)

• Any extended travel outside this area will be agreed and confirmed prior to booking

Payment Terms

• All services must be paid in advance

• Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received

• No walk will commence without prior payment

Payments secure your allocated walking time and cover reserved capacity within our schedule.

By using our services, you agree that:

• Your dog is microchipped, vaccinated, and in good health

• Your dog is flea and worm free

• You will disclose all relevant behavioural, medical, or training issues, including (but not limited to):

  • reactivity

  • aggression

  • recall issues

  • anxiety

  • escape or flight risk behaviour

• You provide accurate and up-to-date contact information

Failure to disclose behavioural or medical issues may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Dogs may behave unpredictably, even if previously well-behaved

• There is an inherent risk of:

  • escape or accidental release

  • minor or serious injury

  • interaction with other dogs, animals, or members of the public

• Dogs may react unpredictably to environmental stimuli such as noise, wildlife, traffic, or other dogs

You accept that dog walking carries these inherent risks.

Off-lead exercise may be offered where deemed safe and appropriate by Sniffles Ltd based on assessment of behaviour, recall ability, environment, and safety considerations.

By consenting to off-lead walking, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Off-lead exercise carries inherent risks, including:

  • failure to recall

  • temporary loss of visual contact

  • interaction with dogs, people, or wildlife

  • minor or serious injury or escape

• Dogs may not always respond to recall due to instinct or distraction

• Sniffles Ltd retains full discretion to place any dog on-lead at any time for safety reasons

• Off-lead walking will only be permitted where it is deemed safe at the time

Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Sniffles Ltd takes all reasonable precautions to ensure dogs are securely handled at all times.

However:

• Dogs with known recall issues or escape tendencies must be disclosed prior to booking

• Where a dog escapes due to:

  • non-disclosure of behavioural issues

  • poor recall

  • sudden unpredictable behaviour

  • environmental factors

the owner accepts responsibility for such risk, except where caused by negligence of Sniffles Ltd.

We exercise all reasonable care, skill, and supervision during walks.

However:

• Owners remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog

• Sniffles Ltd is not liable for injury, loss, or escape unless caused by negligence

• Dogs are walked at the owner’s risk in an outdoor environment

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

• Dogs must wear secure collars, harnesses, or appropriate walking equipment

• Equipment provided must be safe, functional, and suitable

• Sniffles Ltd may adjust handling methods for safety at any time (e.g. lead use instead of off-lead)

• Walks must be booked and paid for in advance

• Late cancellations may be chargeable depending on notice given

• Regular walking slots are reserved specifically for your dog

Where regular walking services are cancelled permanently, one month’s notice is required.

If your dog becomes ill or injured during a walk:

• We will attempt to contact you immediately

• If necessary, we will seek veterinary treatment on your behalf

• All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner

Sniffles Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• A dog presents a safety risk

• Behavioural issues are not disclosed or escalate

• Payment terms are not met

By booking or using Sniffles Ltd dog walking services, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• You accept all associated risks

• You accept responsibility for full disclosure of your dog’s behaviour and health
